Streamlined Hiring Process
What do you like best?
Its been great taking the challenges of hiring and making it more of a process and less about a gut feeling on a candidate. CareerPlug has helped our franchises to look for good employees consistently but without exerting all the effort they were going through before CP.
What do you dislike?
Once we launched CareerPlug, the ongoing support is a little slow. It sort of feels like they have moved on to launching the next client.
