Best Applicant Tracking System For My Small Business
What do you like best?
We are a small business (25 employees) and needed and ATS to fit our growth but also not break the bank. I loved their features and the pricing aligned. I wasn't over paying for the big ATS that big Orgs are using. We cut down our hiring time by 60%. Once we posted a job, we saw it live on Indeed and in Google search results the next day. Huge fan of what they're doing
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more scheduling features for interviews. I was happy with the number of applicants but using some automation to schedule the interviews for me would be nice. Might be too much to ask for, but that'd be nice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many ways to write a job description, but I found the free templates they give you to help get more candidates. Not sure if it's because of the right keywords in the job ad, but my old postings never got this good of results.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are focused on hiring for sales and customer service. We'd post our jobs before on craigslist and local job sites because Zip and indeed were just too expensive. I was told to start posting jobs with an ATS and I could get on those sites organically. It worked well.
