What do you like best?

It's pretty light weight, and doesn't use a lot of resources. We were a customer of the old on-premises version for a long time and it really did it's job. The recently forced everyone to a "cloud" and it is much worse.

Although hard to use and not very useful the cloud "console" is responsive.

What do you dislike?

Cloud version released before it was ready

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's ok, and maybe they will fix all of the problems with the cloud console. It's probably no worse than competitive anti-virus programs. It's hard to use and I think it reports a lot of false positives so you think it's doing something.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Wanted a light-weight, easy to use, SMB anti-virus solution. Maybe works as a anti-virus solution, but mostly has been a giant headache.
