What do you like best?

Barracuda MSP is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Their helpful and supportive staff go to lengths to make sure your data is covered when disaster strikes. They go above and beyond to make sure your are satisfied. They're people are most concerned with me having the right fit than they are with making a sale.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that they leave no room for the competition when selecting a BDR vendor. Choosing Barracuda is a no-brainer since they blow the competition out of the water. I like having choices and Barracuda does not leave me with the pleasure of being able to make a decision on what provider is the best fit for me. I'd be stupid not to choose them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Barracuda gives me piece of mind. This is a priceless benefit. I can trust that my data is safe and secure. Now if I could only get them to watch my kids too...
