Sophos Central provides an excellent and straightforward overview of all your security products. It allows for management of all your Sophos Security products: From your Sophos Endpoints, your Sophos XG next-generation firewall, mobile device management, or even advanced email protection through the email gateway service. The strong integration of these security suites together allows you to trace and detect issues across all your infrastructure.
Root cause analysis is a nice feature that can trace an infection from the email received and visualizes what the malware altered and how it spread. Also, possibly what other points on the network it interacted with that might be compromised.
The Intercept X potion is quite good in stopping data loss through ransomware. It is a heuristic engine that can even halt unknown malware that deletes or rapidly modifies many files in a short period, thus stopping the damage of ransomware before it can get a death grip on your pc.
Overall I like the simplicity of the product. All the bells and whistles are there, but the interface allows you to focus on the relevant potions. The dashboard gives you a good overall view of your organization's security health status.

Sophos Central reduces the complexity of managing thousands of endpoints. Also, policies are maintained even with BYOD and remote working.
