What do you like best?

I am a very small business, it is just me. 10 to 8 made it so I could still have a booking site that is compatible with my website for a price I could actually afford where I feel that most booking platforms are not priced for real small businesses. Their customer service is amazing. When ever I have a problem I email them and they respond promptly with actual answer/solutions

What do you dislike?

I wish that the reviews they received from clients could be posted as they are filled out not just as a star rating. I know I can simply copy and paste them to my site but I feel like that is a way to work around less than stellar reviews. Other than that no complaints.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There is a learning curve to this program take the time to play on it and learn all of its features. I am still learning new stuff and I am have been using it for about 3 years now.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allows me to have a real schedule instead of just using google calendar which got difficult to keep track of, also it allows my clients to book me directly right from my website.
