What do you like best?
Most of the time we use Zoomsphere for post planning, editing of already planned posts, comparison with competitors, looking for statistics for both monthly reports and annual overall evaluations and last but not least for communication with Facebook users including cooperation with the client.
Mostly we use the Publisher module which we work with on a daily basis. It makes communication with the client and the whole approval process much easier. We also use the Analytics module for regular reporting as well as the Customer Care or Comparisons module in terms of preparation for tenders.
We see the greatest added value in making communication with the client much easier and the ability to have all profiles under our management in one place.
What do you dislike?
In Zoomsphere, we also see small imperfections or rather say opportunities for improvement, such as automatic Instagram publication. Furthermore, we would certainly appreciate some Influencer module that would help us find influencers. Possibly we would appreciate the evaluation of the already published post and the subsequent recommendations for promotion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With Zoomsphere, we are able to schedule multiple posts per profile per day and handle nearly 60 private messages plus dozens of comments in one single day during the campaign. It also helps us in tenders, when we use comparisons with the competition.
