Ease and speed of data collection
What do you like best?
Zoho has provided it tools and magnified the ease of collecting information, thanks to surveys and polls. By tracking results in real-time, statistical analysis, a library of questions allows the formation of a comprehensive and fully customizable questionnaire. Zoho makes everything even easier with the flexibility of use, allows to add audios, videos and even images that makes more interactive surveys and get much closer to our customers and business partners. The access Zoho and review the survey results from any device, as well as the customer support is quite attentive and is always there to solve any inconvenience.
What do you dislike?
It has few integrations; it would be amazing to link other networks of work used to customize our work and data collection better. Otherwise, I have no complaints about its tools and functionalities; it has provided just the needed features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoho Survey because although there are many similar tools, this one is the easiest to use and completely customizable.
