Advanced user of Zoho Books for G Suitethe workflow automation and functionality is great and integration with Zoho CRM, zoho workflow, zoho Expense and multiple other applications makes it very easy to automatically create and update files without duplication and user mistakes. if you subscribe to zoho one zoho books is included with 20+ other Zoho Apps which gives a complete business suite, everything you need to run a business from email, sales, marketing, finance, hr, billing and reporting - it's highly configurable and if you can't tweak an existing app you can create a completely new one using Zoho Creator. Zoho Workflow ties it all together to automate all your important interactions and entries. Great for a small business owner with a limited budget.
Sometimes zoho books can be a little slow, there is such a lot of great functionality that there can be a bit of a learning curve but it's worth it
