Zip Survey's survey solution is pretty good surprisingly

What do you like best?

Its very very easy to make a survey, and they even have premade questions for different topics so you don't have to type out your own

What do you dislike?

I dislike the signup process actually, its a bit confusing, asks for too much info, and just overall not very easy to do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use zipsurvey to collect customer and user infomation and feedback. Some benefit include the saving to time because of the prefilled questions, as well as the ease of use, allowing anyone to create a good survey.
