What do you like best?

Using Zinrelo is so easy, anyone with little experience could figure out how to work it. The features of using a free plan are perfect for first time business if all you want is a basic rewards program for your customers. The Support Team are very responsive and very helpful, if you need help they will always be there to help you.

What do you dislike?

If I had to choose something, it would be that the end user does not have the ability to permanently delete old Rewards from their Dashboard, they are permanently stuck there which is quite cluttering. If you delete the shopify discounts linked from your Zinrelo to your Shopify Store you will not be able to generate them again which is frustrating. Also, when setting up DNS and TXT records there were some instructions missing that I had to get from the Support Team. DNS set up could be more informative.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it, its free. And if you want to pay for the extra features then you can at any time! Personally, I do not need the extra features yet, Rewarding customers automatically with the automation is simple and requires no manual inputting from me

Zinrelo is helping me solve the issue of rewarding customers for their custom, in the simplest way possible, for free with no headaches! The interface for my customers is easy for them to use, understand and redeem their rewards. The benefit of using Zinrelo is the fact I can reward customers for free and have some benefits that similar products do not provide
