Zingpoll

What do you like best?

Although our use was short lived, Zingpoll is off to a great start with their user interface and share-ability over platforms and email.

What do you dislike?

The only think we disliked was a few bumps in the software, but this is due to it being relatively new and attempting to compete with the bigger surveying brands like gizmo. There also some connectivity issues that some pollers faced, this all together made us continue to use our other surveying vendors.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We recommend not cancelling your current provider just in case your launch does not go as planned, always have a backup in case you get connection issues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ease of use of zingpoll was the biggest benefit that we solved, no complicated mechanisms.
