It's decent for project management
What do you like best?
It's easy to add a task for the team to see. For each task, there is more than enough ways to add information and detail. I like this part because sometimes a team member doesn't give much detail and just updates an item with hardly any information. When that happens, we request more info. Each member can add their own tasks and maintain what they need to do. It's almost like a checklist.
What do you dislike?
Some of the additional features are not so intuitive or easy to find. Some members of our team are not as receptive to how great of a tool this is because they haven't unlocked its true potential.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been using ZENTAO for over one year now and I love that tasks with a due date (on a certain day/time), are sent as a reminder email, which is helpful when you have many tasks to take care of. Additionally, larger tasks can have subtasks (each with their own due dates) which helps keep to-dos very well organized.
