The ZEI looks like a giant white eight-sided gaming die and is powered by an accelerometer. Whichever side is facing up is the active one, and ZEI’s software keeps a timer going for as long as the particular side is active.

Advanced user of ZEI by TimeularThe automatic tracking. By turning it on it's different faces, it automatically recorded the time. Setting it back in its base turned it off.
I found that I needed to be too conscious of the tracking, and often moved from one task to the next without considering the physical device. IF there were a visual software piece on my desktop that worked in tandem with the device (or in lieu of), I could just click on that box to record. It's already within my periphery without breaking the flow and meeting.
This is one tool, and I suggest you look at other methods to track the time as well.
