What do you like best?

The online portal is easy to use. It has an "at a glance" view which is helpful. There is a reporting feature which is also nice to have. The devices provided during our trials work well with very few glitches. The support team is very helpful and are reachable in a timely manner.

What do you dislike?

Overall no significant complaints. I did encounter several DCFs that I answered and sent back and kept receiving as if no one was acknowledging them. It was finally resolved. Otherwise, no other issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

No complaints overall. Easy to use and excellent support team.

A quick and easy tool for subjects to use for diary purpose. The portal provides a one stop shop for viewing all subject info, dispense IP, and make clarifications.
