Advanced user of YayPay by QuadientEase of use and multi functionality, perfect so far! I really like how everything is in one area and it's a seamless transition to the many pages within YayPay. The dashboard is amazing in that I can see everything at a glance if needed. I went to a meeting one day and instead of having to print a page, simply cast the Dashboard to the screen within the conference room. As I said, the ease of use is truly helpful.
Occasionally, it may load slower than usual but that could be an internal issue. I would also like the ability to add more office personnel to YayPay and or additional report identifiers at some point.
If your'e looking for straightforward, organized software, I highly recommend YayPay. From the "to do" list, to synchronization with quick books, this is easily one of the best web based apps I have ever used. The aging report is very detailed, the dashboard helps me illustrate how we are doing to upper management. It even has tutorials in case you have spare time on your hands to learn more about the software.
We now have the ability to keep track of accounts and correspondence much easier. Having everything from call logs to date stamping is important in our line of work.
