So Much Going On

What do you like best?

Cforia has everything we need to look up customer accounts and more. Gives an insight to the overall account as well as notes made. We are able to generate statements and view invoices. We can email the customer directly from cforia.

What do you dislike?

There's so much going on you won't learn right away. I feel like there can be an easier way to navigate the system. I also feel like it should save your settings rather than have to scroll around every time
