What do you like best?
Getting the aggregated insights on return data for us to act on in order to lower our return rates. The time it saves for our customer service and store staff, and mostly: the added service to our customers. Working with the Yayloh team is nothing short of delightful. They are helpful, interested in our needs and fast.
What do you dislike?
Waiting for even more features to be added, but I like the suspense and the core features available does the job very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very good product for anyone wanting to get a grip on their returns. Easy integration.
You can use the data as leverage with suppliers with too high return rates, or share it to help them improve.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had a very time consuming, complex and manual return process before - which ate so much time from our employees. We had no way of knowing the reasons behind the returns. We couldn't analyze returns data. Our store staff had to fill in a ton of info manually just to accept a Webshop order in our physical retail stores - this is now history!
