What do you like best?
That I can get Sales and Operational reports from my team and drill into more detail easily. I was constantly reliant on my data team for even the smallest changes creating lag time. We also have a variety of data pools from ERP's to custom data lakes. I liked that we were able to get the data in y42 quickly.
What do you dislike?
I had to get used to the visualization style as I switched from Microsoft Power BI but after some time I am now getting used to it and it is OK.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The y42 team is very quick, knowledgeable about your business needs and will as part of the implementation offer you insights that by themselves are very valuable and that I did not expect to get for such as software solution, I consider it as a bonus for the organization. In short - they are very flexible and eager to do business which is helpful overall.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better Data-pipeline management. Data accessed and transformed better by different teams. Almost all data connectors right out of the box.
