An efficient tool for time tracking and more
What do you like best?
As a company with less than 50 employees, we do not need all the features: the support team helped us to turn those features off and maximize the usability of the features we need. We like the monthly Employee feedback feature.
What do you dislike?
The Italian translation of the software was not complete - some modules still had English words, however recently it has improved and now everybody is able to fully use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our first need was to check our mobile workers, as their activities are invoiced to our customers: the payroll process with correct attendance data is much faster than we used to have. Also the timesheets have the feedback feature and we started using it at a later stage. Each month we collect short feedback from the employees about their achievements. This is very important in communication flow.
