Advanced user of Xerox FreeFlow Print ServerI don't like this printer or program at all. My company has had to call a technician at least 10 times this year.
This is a slow device. It is always taking more than 5 min to process the order. Then, another 10 minutes to actually print. Color is not that vibrant even with bright white paper. The printer gets jammed and also decides what is best for you. If I program it to print back and front sometimes it prints two pages. I can go on and on about what I don't like but this might give you a small idea of all the problems I have with it.
Do not purchase this. I've had many problems in the past year.
I don't see any benefits. The only reason we have to put up with it is that the company paid for it in full and they don't want to make another expense.
