What do you like best?

It looks pretty and well designed on the surface. Price seemed reasonable too. Sales and marketing side of things look very good. The feature set seems relatively full and it appears to be well designed with a nice layout and no clutter. Just like a functional tool should be.

What do you dislike?

Promises all the things that we were looking for in a tool to fulfil this function but it failed.

The product simply does not do its job properly and when asked to support and get it fixed the charade of emails and skype chats started but in the end they totally failed to fix the bugs to get their product working.

Essentially it looks great on paper but the team seemed very unprofessional in dealing with the issue. They are based in India and the timezone difference also did not help of course.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please choose a different product! This is certainly not it. Getting a refund was also not a straight forward endeavour. It took a complaint to PayPal to get it sorted. There is at least 1 or 2 more better solutions. Just do your research. You could also look at trying to build in-house solution and we were quoted for the work involved but it would have ROI in more than 3-4 years compared to this tool. However - read above why it doesn't make sense.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was trying to solve the time hog of bridging invoices from WHMCS to Xero accounting manually. This software promises to solve that issue of saving lots of time and effort avoiding double entry. But it doesn't work, so back to square one.
