What do you like best?

The templates that it offers us, text and the designs allow us to carry out the questionnaires each survey makes the system attractive for us, we love it because it offers us more tools and features so that we can receive specific responses from our clients in this way, improve areas or find new ideas that allow our growth the tools have been specified and each one works in a different way, improving in an attractive way. I personally love the service and I must indicate that it is a good option.

What do you dislike?

The system has been very complete, it is not very well known so I love it much more because the technical support is much more attentive to each of the users, the system has very complete tools so we have not seen a negative point However, in the future they may add many more ideas or new features to innovate in each of the surveys, I find it attractive, we like it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In my opinion the system has worked in an incredible way, it is a complete intuitive detailed system and we have managed to improve the positive response and other objectives that allow us to achieve our services in the future, I recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Within the company we use the system to carry out surveys where we manage to capture concrete and specific responses such as problems or ideas to improve services, among other things, directly with customers, in this way we receive both negative, partial or positive responses and we manage to get out of each one of them a general analysis that allows us to find the positive answers, I am happy because the tool works incredible and we have not had problems, each tool is very complete.
