What do you like best?
Woven has a team of folks who help set things up and facilitate the process. They were easy to reach, responsive, and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
- Be careful about over-reliance on any scoring system. Woven is one factor among many to consider when hiring.
- The UI is better than most, but it still has its warts. However, the Woven team helped us deal with any issues that came up and resolved them quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When our startup was smaller we would pay people to work on projects inside our actual code base. However, as we grew this became more cumbersome. We also realized that it tended to favor folks that were familiar with our underlying tech stack. Woven allowed us to quickly address technical skills in the candidate's chosen language.
