Amazing format for Appointments

What do you like best?

I like that all of my appointments, payment processing, and contacts are all in the same system. Not only that, but I can create marketing lists, generate marketing emails, pull reviews, and send reviews from this system. Each file can have a credit card saved on it and shows the individual services each customer has previously received. It is an EXCELLENT tool to keep track of your business. I also love that I can see when my technicians open and close out of each of their jobs.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the fact that the server crashes pretty often. They do website maintenance A LOT, so that can really affect booking customers. When the server crashes I have no way of checking my schedule or seeing which technicians are available.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would tell them to use the service, because they will be able to easily track all of the information they have. You can keep track of commission, payments, scheduling, and contact information with ease.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have realized that I can see when my technicians are working on a job and when they are getting close to finishing. I have the ability to run as many trucks as I need on the app, and can assign each job to a person's mobile version of this software. The mobile version indicates where the technician needs to go and what tools to bring. It is nice not having to print paper copies of the jobs they need to go to.
