Works best with mobile devices

What do you like best?

I like that you can enter work tickets from anywhere and have them completed on your mobile device. That work orders come through this system and can be assigned as you go.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike the most I am guessing is a workplace practice here. To produce copies they're faxed to the work location after being printed out. They should just be streamlined to the device.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use work speed to track work orders in our system and check the assignments as to who is responsible for taking care of each specific work order. It is also very easy to separate the types of work orders that come in.
