Advanced user of WorkRampCreating content is very easy. The integrations with Zoom make recording videos for both content creators and learners super easy. We use Highspot, and embed all sorts of content in Workramp, and then validate their knowledge of that content through certification.
Automations are very clever. You can assign onboarding content and have it due exactly when you want it based upon the employee start date.
The old world of building a training deck, and reading words on a page to folks is officially over. People can learn the most important details in a 10-15 minute virtual guide. You can have fewer meetings, your reps will have more time, and you can easily validate knowledge and hold people accountable. Biggest mistake I ever made was not buying Workramp on day 1, and I would have killed to have a product like this when I was managing reps at Greenhouse.
Eventually they are going to need to add some collaboration features (@mentioning other team members to QC work, etc), and more engagement features for learners.
I really don't "dislike" anything...like all SaaS products, there are features they need to buyild. I'm sure they'll get there.
Problems: scaling onboarding, training, and certification virtually.
Benefits: fewer meetings, we can easily measure lift in learning through survey feedback, feedback loop is faster, people are actually learning.
