What do you like best?

What I like the best about Workpuls in our situation is how it takes a screenshot at intervals without any intervention, so we are able to take a look at the times that employees are working and use it to verify timesheets. With COVID-19 we were forced to offer remote working, and Workpuls helped us gain confidence that we didn't have before trusting remote workers.

What do you dislike?

So far the system has worked fine, and we haven't had any problems to report.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've had to move to remote working with the COVID-19 crisis, and we wanted to find a way to keep track of the times that employees worked, for timesheet verification. We were using a clock in machine before in our physical office, but had nothing to confirm working hours in a remote working situation. With Workpuls we were able to verify the times that staff were working by viewing screenshots on Workpuls.
