Easy to use and well organized

What do you like best?

Workiz makes it easy to interact with clients through their messaging system. I love being able to send and receive picture messages now. The scheduling is effortless too, and our business has become more organized over the past year of using Workiz. They are constantly improving the program and adding new features, and the customer service is phenomenal.

What do you dislike?

The only downside is the inability to edit notes. I like being able to see a view of the current schedule when scheduling a new job - the only issue is that I would like to be able to click to see the address or town of the scheduled jobs to assign it to the proper person.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to schedule using paper only. We minimized our use of paper with Workiz not only to save the trees but to become highly organized, and it succeeded.
