What do you like best?
I've been using this product for the past three years. I love how it can store information which can be reviewed instantly. The easy process of workflow and excellent communication that facilitate the final decision between student, employees, and management.

There are certain type of requests that we can't alter easily or reject but overall this software is a life saver.
