Great product! Very helpful to growing your ambassador program!

What do you like best?

For the price you get a lot of features to grow, organize and streamline your ambassador program. I like the idea of the campaigns to engage and help your ambassadors participate at their own pace. I also like seeing everything organized on the wooly site, the ambassadors, campaigns, etc. The team was also super helpful, especially at the beginning setting everything up and getting used to starting and answering questions.

What do you dislike?

It took a minute to get used to the site and starting everything, lots of details, but now it's easy. It would also be a great addition to have an option where ambassadors can earn cash or credit from their shareable discount codes. So they could log into an app and see how much money they've earned or store credit from their friends and family. Not a complaint, just a suggestion for the future.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Set up a call and have someone walk you through the platform and all the features, so you can see if it is something that will work for your company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has helped us grow an ambassador which is such a great tool to grow your brand community. Lots of value in having your own customers and influencers share their love of your brand with their friends. It organizes your program at a great price point compared to others.
