What do you like best?

WonderDesk is a really complete platform for the technical support of each client. I consider the ticket system of this software to be reliable and fast. One of the features that I like the most is that WonderDesk has an email delivery service that allows you to send requests when our agents are not online. I also like your browser notification system when there is a pending ticket.

What do you dislike?

The website sometimes has 404 errors, which indicates the host is not able to communicate with the server. I also consider the few support center customization options a negative impact.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This software will greatly benefit your support center, creating a close relationship with your customers and also allowing you to gather information about its effectiveness in solving incidents. I recommend it.

WonderDesk is used by the company where I work as a knowledge base about the frequent problems that the applications we develop may have. With this software we were able to automate our email service, which has been an advantage since the incidents are sent directly to the department in charge.
