What do you like best?
I really like using the recipes and daily tips. I feel like Training Amigo has a really user-friendly and easy to use website where I can navigate from fitness, to exercising videos to recipes to education about health and tips on improving lifestyle and diet. All of these tools continue to help me improve my choices and work towards my fitness goals. I also like that Training Amigo focuses on mental health and well being as well as physical for a more complete and well rounded healthy lifestyle. I also really like how the bio-metric screening is an ideal option for people looking to get more points as it motivates you to do something that is absolutely crucial to your health while rewarding you for getting your check up for the year. Training Amigo's videos of workouts that can be done at your desk are great for long days at the office when you want to stretch a little bit but wouldn't have time to otherwise because of being at the office all day.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the amount of points for fitness that training amigo offers. I have also had issues syncing my fitness device to training amigo and having my steps matched with how many are on my FitBit, making the challenges that my company posts more difficult to participate in. I also thoroughly enjoyed the quote that used to be posted each day and I wish that Training Amigo would bring those back and add more to each rotation. I have nothing else to add on this section as I'm not sure what more can be said that Training Amigo can improve on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for fitness advice and tracking. I personally use this tool for finding recipes, recording various types of workouts and engaging in employee challenges. I recommend that people use Training Amigo daily for the daily motivation tip and tracking of steps taken each month and make use of the articles and quizzes in the education sections which are really helpful. Training Amigo is a great tool to get yourself on the right track towards your fitness goals. I would recommend that training amigo bring back the quote that used to be posted each day and add to the rotation since they were often repeated.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use training amigo for health tips. I have also looked into using it to gain more knowledge on different diets, how to manage stress and sleep as well as heart health and mindfulness/spirituality. I also enjoy the new recipe section that has been added. The workout videos are really helpful for when you're not sure which types of exercises to complete. I have learned a lot through the education section and quizzes that have really helped me make much better choices in my life that I think have helped with my sleep, daily routine, managing stress, figuring out which diet works best for me and tips on other ways that we can all work on improving our health.
