Pretty good software, but lots of bugs / downtime
What do you like best?
I like that it integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and allows you to download different lists of prospects that can upload into Salesforce. The pricing also isn't that expensive and it's nice to be able to scrape the email of a person when you're on their LinkedIn profile.
What do you dislike?
Recently, Wiza introduced Wiza Enrich and the app has been really buggy and there's been many times where you can't login / you're waiting on Support to get back to you.
The Outreach and Salesforce sync doesn't allow for that much customization when you're importing leads.
Also, when you're prospecting into companies that aren't top tech companies, the match rate you get from Wiza drops significantly.
Small thing as well - they have an affiliate / referral program for agency owners (like myself), but once you start referring clients to Wiza, they don't pay you the commission and stop responding to your emails.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Getting leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator faster than prospecting on your own.
