Lovely AM, not optimal set up for managed service
What do you like best?
Our account manager is really nice and helpful. Good integrations with our commerce platform to track roi. We use wired for their managed service, and have our own templates built within the system.
What do you dislike?
Managed service requires our team to input a lot of work, which you'd expect to be included on wired plus' side. I also don't have access to much reporting functionality
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Saves a marginal amount of time in building my email campaigns.
