Windows 8

What do you like best?

The main thing i like about windows 8 is it'll save battery life of the devices which are having 8 or 8.1 operating system compare to other operating systems. Also there is an option called upgradation to windows 10 directly without the need to install the new operating system again. Also it is free to use for many of the smaller organizations or the people for personal use who can't afford or do not wish to spend money for complete features. Also i can say this windows 8 operating system is one of the stable operating system in terms of gaming. Windows 7, 10, 8.1 none are stable when compared to windows 8.

What do you dislike?

Removal of start button is the thing what i dislike as we got habituated to it from Windows XP to 7 however after using for few months we got habituated to it. Also there are few issues or bugs in Windows 8 when it is used in Desktop machines which are hardly used now a days. But it should've been compatible as well. Microsft office 365 is not supportable in windows 8. Also microsoft is gonna end supporting windows 8 by 2023 which is a big loss for the gaming devices.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want faster experience and you are into gaming field or a gamer, then definitely you should go with windows 8 which is stable compare to other operating systems even upgraded ones.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem of security is been solved in windows 8. Also the battery draining issue is resolved which is most common in the old or even new devices due to many applications. Rich GUI to the users who got bored with windows XP and 7 by microsoft. Upgradation to higher version of OS is free and easy. We can also roll back to the older OS easily if we have upgraded to 10. So upgradation and degradation is simple and also rich and smooth Graphical user interface. Faster compared to windows 7 or XP older operating systems.
