Valuable insights

What do you like best?

We have enjoyed a long-standing partnership with WTW and have benefitted greatly from the expert guidance and support they have provided for our engagement and listening strategies.

We used the EES for the first time in 2018 to deploy a full engagement survey, and have since used it for a variety of Pulse and lifecycle surveys. The inbuilt user guides make the software easy to navigate, and technical support is always on hand via our dedicated Client Success Manager at WTW. The team is always highly responsive and takes the 'extra step' to ensure that we have the information needed, in a timely way. They assist with urgent troubleshooting, but also take the time to help us build our internal capability and independent use of the platform, ensuring the most cost-effective and sustainable user-support model.

What do you dislike?

Our overall experience with WTW and the EES has been favourable. There are some limitations within the reporting functionality for users who are interested in advanced analytics. However, we are excited to see that this is being addressed within the E4 software and that there are many other enhancements on this year's development map.

The data received provides valuable insights and helps inform our EX strategy.
