Transform How You Deliver Insights With a New, Innovative Partner
What do you like best?
The simplicity of the application to the user. It provides a modern, consumer-like delivery of what at least a sales leader needs in the field in a fast, simple, lightweight format.
What do you dislike?
We were a very early customer, so some of this may have changed, but much of the "design" had to be programmed by the vendor. More of the setup and ability to deliver new insights needs to be "configurable" or "administerable".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember that (as of now) they are a startup and you should approach your relationship as a partnership-they are still learning and will learn things from you during your implementation journey. You can influence that journey as well. Like any product such as this, have your data in order before progressing to an implementation-they aren't large enough of a company to be your data analyst.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed to get specific metrics and insights to our field sales team (100+), available on-demand no matter where they were (on the road, in a hospital basement, home, etc.) and with minimal training. Based on utilization and comparing to a prior solution, adoption is up over 300% and direct testimonies have been very good. We haven't had to invest in new visualizations, training, etc. It's hard to directly correlate to an increase in sales due to the many variables affecting sales.
