Advanced user of WeSpireThis company has truly given my coworkers and myself a way to connect by making us more aware of each others feelings and has given us a way to make connections that we would normally not talk about with coworkers. It is almost like team building without leaving the building! We look forward to continuing to use the product to ensure the positive vibes it has brought to our work environment without looking at how the negatives effect us in the long term we choose to look forward with this program. All of the employees have noticed a positive change with one another and within themselves. THerefore it is a valuable tool in creating an effective work environment for ourselves and the people we serve with our products that we create and hope to positively impact others!
The biggest challenge that I have had is taking the time to complete some of the program but when I do make time I can tell that the company employees think more about one another and less about themselves as individuals.
Try to consider the well being of your employees instead of the almighty dollar amount.
The biggest problem we are solving is becoming more a positive work environment by working together and communicating with one another better. We have realized that the program is essential in teaching employees to communicate effectively and positively between one another and with customers.
