What do you like best?

I like using this app on the desktop to communicate with my team in China. Sending back and forth information is a process a our business and using this app is convenient since we have a time difference of over a day. Using an email delays a day because we only use our email at work. It's easy to use.

What do you dislike?

Only Chinese people know about this app. It's a super useful

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The only recommendation is to make it simple to download desktops. I remember trying to download it and it took a while.
