The only thing to point out is the fact when stating a status of the support, like if it is having delays or not, it does not specify for how long is the delay of response until you open a chat window.
Ask for a Demo in order to get to know the in's and out's of all the functions and features of the service as it will do a lot more thatn it looks at first sight.
Any situation, even during a session, can easily and rapidly be tackled and resolved.
