What do you like best?

I like that we are able to easily identify a student from their name or student id and see what items they have checked out at any time.

What do you dislike?

I dislike some of the error messages given after attempting to checkout an item. The error messages could be a little more specific and descriptive.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely use WebCheckout if you want a quick way to easily manage a large inventory. It works great for technology.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With WebCheckout, we are able to easily manage all of our inventory and check them out to other students and faculty. A huge benefit is being able to check a patron's checkout history and easily identify the number of checkouts and the time their items are due back.
