What do you like best?
WebAuto is very user friendly. Takes you from screen to screen to get the necessary info with little complication. Love the fact that it's web-based.
What do you dislike?
Biggest downside is that the customer isn't able to pay a deposit via web reservations. Also, navigating the payment screens can be frustrating and clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Overall, WebAuto allows us to keep track of our rental agreements with ease. All of the info is on the main screen. We are able to run our rental dept. in a more efficient manner.
