What do you like best?

WebQuestionnaire is one of the best online survey tools out there. It is great for if you have questionnaires with larger data sets rather than just one-off questions. Once you get used to the interface it is definitely easier to use.

What do you dislike?

The interface could use some improvement. It is definitely a bit more difficult to use than some of the more popular options that are out there. Other than that, there is not much that I dislike as this tool is pretty awesome. I do also wish there was more functionality beyond just surveying.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the issue of being able to run questionnaires and surveys online for our website visitors.
