Some good things, but overall not recommended

What do you like best?

It does integrate with financial tools for financial advisors.

It has a pleasant user interface.

It has a lot of the features that I had listed wanting.

It is affordable. $49/ user I believe.

What do you dislike?

You have to pay for phone and SMS separately.

Onboarding was challenging.

--There is no way to upload a CSV to update contact info yourself. Only the onboarding department can do that. You can only import new contacts yourself that way.

Support is fine when you have time scheduled with them, but you have to schedule it in advance. Otherwise, just Email support.

A problem I have found with many CRMs is you can't negatively filter with a tag. You can't say, Show contacts with this tag, as long as they don't have this other tag. This is more of a problem than I would have suspected if you are dealing with a large number of contacts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

That is the challenge. I switched when I was expecting to transition from Life & Health to also having securities licenses, but then the transition got put on hold. I would say, if you are a securities licensed advisor, this may still be your best bet (either this or retail but I haven't tried them). However, for anyone else, I think there are better options out there.
