What do you like best?

I love the format, it is really intuative and I appraciate how user friendly it is especially directed towards college graduates. I love the layout and because of this, it gives me really easier access to open up my profile and actually encourages ME to actually want to fill it out and send it to job fairs and recruiters.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was more employer opportunities that conencted with WayUp. It would get me even more excited about using the platform. ESPECIALLY diverse opportunities that included more different areas of fields that students can study from everything from the humanities to the STEM field.

As a college gradaute myself, I was coming from an English background and it was extremely difficult for me to find a job already being in the humanitites field. There were LOTS of opportuities for me to go into the STEM field and research but I wasn't passionate about that. One thing that I wish I could change adding more diverse opportunities to the search so everyone can benefit from this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There were LOTS of great benefits of using WayUp. I was really happy to even see a platform that gave college graduates an opportunity to help themselves. With little to no experience, it gives a great way for recruiters to be able to hunt for new talent and understanding that they are happy to be trained and mentored in that field.
