Wayne Reaves Software Review

What do you like best?

The best thing about Wayne Reaves Software is that it is fast and efficient. Looking up accounts, posting payments, and creating and completing deals are simple and easy. WR's customer service is also incredibly helpful and prompt, having called them on many occasions I have had every issue resolved in a timely manner thanks to their great staff.

What do you dislike?

As efficient as the system is, the look itself is quite outdated. The website customization options are also outdated and limited in scope, and while our custom WR site is mobile-friendly, it cannot be edited in terms of visual presentation. Also, it can be tricky to navigate several tabs at once in addition to making changes on a particular account while another user is editing or viewing that same account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend this software for any automotive dealer at any level of scale as its simplicity and quality of customer service make it user-friendly and accessible to dealers both new and seasoned.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Wayne Reaves Dealer Management Software helps in several areas, whether that's advertising via the site (which syncs with the inventory designated for the site itself), account management and the forms associated with said accounts (i.e., handling old and new accounts, repossessions, etc.), or simply making sure that certain processes are conducted in a legal manner according to state and federal guidelines.
