Recommendations to others considering the product:

My advice is to asses the needs of your company's payroll , its scale and complexities that can arise from offering benefits and insurance to employees and their families. The trade off is serverless environment with the reliance on the web speed and numbers of administrators logged in. It can slow it down. Sync issues are a common issue. On the positives, its great for organizations with predictable payroll requirements and expansion.

Clearly main purpose is to run the payroll as SaaS. Key benefits are:

1. ubiquitous access to software via web for different levels of employees and access

2. light maintenance

3. Low recurring cost and no processing fee per employee
