Advanced user of WATIAmong all the tools that I have seen in the market that provide Shared Team Inbox on WhatsApp take a lot of time for setup. On WATI, the setup time is just under 2 days including WhatsApp API approval.
The tool is very reliable and has a ton of features that are really simple to use. They have mobile apps that our agents can use on the go without being on a computer to reply to customer queries.
Overall, I have been really happy to see WATI and the progress that they've been making.
My dislike is not for WATI, but for some limitations with WhatsApp Business API. It does not support group messaging. I would love to see that.
We were providing customer support on Whatsapp app, but the app does not allow multiple agents to be logged in.
With WATI's Shared Team Inbox, we could allow multiple agents to be logged in with Team Collaboration that made our job really simple.
Additionally, the dashboard that allows us to track agent performance makes our job really easy and we've been able to elevate the performance of the entire team
