What do you like best?
I love the transparency of the system. Employees often question the validity of this but I am able to show them everything is 100% transparent which reassures them. I also like the voting option. I believe this allows for individuals to brainstorm with each other in an anonymous way. Employees are often unsure of whether they should voice their opinions but this gives an anonymous way for them to bring their concerns to light which is very important in today's climate.
What do you dislike?
There have been times when it would be ideal to ask more than one open-ended question but I can understand the system restrictions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly suggest looking into Waggl. This tool has been great for our organization by allowing us to collect feedback and organize it in a consolidated way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are improving our company culture. We have gone through many changes in our organization and are looking for feedback from our employees. We have realized that our employees have GREAT thoughts but are often too scared to share them with our leaders. This has allowed them to voice their questions, comments, or concerns in an open-environment. With the pandemic happening on top of the recent organizational changes, this has allowed us to stay connected with the team as well.
